Management

At Skanska, we have been developing a custom smart buildings service, supported by a digital platform that will transform the way building owners, occupiers and facilities managers maximise building performance.

We intend to educate the Smart Buildings show audience on how, with the support of digital
technologies and a robust digital transformation strategy, can create spaces that perform as designed realising the many benefits of a smart building, focusing primarily on carbon reduction, operational efficiency and productivity.

We will take you through our journey to date, what we’ve learnt from our experiences, and how
we have retrospectively delivered one of the smartest buildings in London, our London head office
51 Moorgate.
