After completing his apprenticeship and working as a manufacturing engineer, Ben acted as an Operation Manager for a large aerospace manufacturing company. He led his team through rapid Lean transformation and through the challenges the Covid pandemic presented, before joining the AMRC North West as the Low Carbon Smart Building Specialist.
In this role he specialises in taking knowledge of how facilities are run, transformation enacted and the current KPI's and adapting them to align with Sustainability and Smart Factory adaptation. This is then offered as tailored support to help businesses develop their own Smart Sustainability Road Map.
