Penny Brinsley is an Account Director at international CAFM provider, Service Works Global (SWG). With over 18 years’ experience in the facilities management (FM) software marketplace, Penny manages SWG’s UK client base and is responsible for ensuring the operational needs of her customer base are fully aligned with their FM technology solutions. Her clients span a diverse range of industry sectors and include service providers, healthcare, education and public sector housing, many of whom who benefit from software interfaces including IoT, smart technology and BIM (Building Information Modelling) to deliver intelligent data and insight to support FM and Estates decision-making.
